I am a messy baker. Really messy baker. It doesn’t help that I have a pretty small kitchen with very limited bench space, but when I bake it often looks like I let 6 toddlers do all the work. Today was no exception, but I had the urge to bake {and more importantly – the time!}.
All the mess is worth it when you get this out of your oven

and then the family devours it.

I follow a pretty easy recipe for this Banana Bread – original recipe calls for icing but I feel we don’t need it so I just sprinkle some brown sugar and oats on top before it goes into the oven.
